Ok, the long and short of it! MDOT has announced its intention of widening the highway to a 4- lane divided highway! What that means to Windsor Falls:
| Pro's It will make our exits and entrances much safer by making our road access across on one path of oncoming traffic at a time instead of two! It will look nicer and newer! Our barrier will be much more controlled by our own landscaping and theirs, better trees! It will take us faster to 1B so more lots available sooner The builders remain excited to offer you one of the best new neighborhoods to Oxford!

| Con's It removes 10 lots that are available in phase 1A 300,43-36 and maybe 35 that to be determined Approximately 100' of from the property line. This is not fact this is an approximation by MDOT . Traffic comes a little closer to the neighborhood but within the set backs as warranted by city! JUST no more lots! It will take away some of the natural tree line. to be determined. MDOT will not to start this project until 2009.

Conclusion: MDOT may take 3 years to make their highway great! But our neighborhood has them beat! We are already growing and looking great! My friends we call this a hiccup!
