Everyone has heard stories about the challenges of building a home, such as the time it takes, being over budget, and dealing with the stress of the hundreds of decisions. However, Marty and Diane and their incredible crew made our first home building experience exciting and enjoyable. Not only did they build our house in four months, they beat the deadline by two weeks. We were also able to stay within budget due largely to their extensive knowledge of the process and the monthly budget meetings. They also shouldered the responsibility and challenges of our house as if it were their own home. This lightened the burden substantially and made decision making much quicker and easier, reducing the stress all around. The quality of people within the Marty Daniels Construction Company is second to none. We feel we have not only gained the house of our dreams but also friendships with people that will continue throughout our lives in Oxford.
